My shower was resealed, drain replaced, and other temp fixes. The spot on the ceiling continued to grow. I called Titan plumbing and explained the issue I was having and how no one had been able to fix the leak. I was assured that the leak would be located. Over the phone I was told what he thought the issue was. After 10 minutes of being in my home Fred was able to show me very clearly what was leaking. The issue was once and for all fixed. I appreciate that no guesses were made, no probablies. I was shown the leak, I saw the repair, I was fully confident the the issue was resolved. After all that it seems like such a simple fix.
